The art belongs to the artist

Every sculpture, painting, and installation shown here was made by Chase Parker and is protected by copyright. So is everything else on this site: the photographs, the words, the layout, and the name.

You may look at this site, and you may share a link to it. You may not:

• copy, download, or republish images of the work,
• print, reproduce, or sell anything shown here,
• change an image, crop the artist's work out of it, or present it as your own,
• use the work or any part of this site to train an artificial intelligence model, or
• scrape the site with automated tools.

If you want to use an image, ask. Press and galleries are welcome, and we usually say yes. Email Chase@ArtCParker.com.

Attribution and integrity

Chase keeps the rights every visual artist has under United States law to be named as the maker of his work, and to object to his work being distorted or damaged in a way that harms his reputation. Owning a piece does not change this. If you show a piece publicly, name the artist.

What this site is, and is not

This site is a portfolio. It shows selected work so you can see what Chase makes and decide whether to get in touch.

It is not a shop, and nothing here is an offer to sell. Titles, sizes, materials, dates, and prices can change, and a piece shown here may already be sold or promised. Nothing on this site becomes a contract.

Viewing requests and commissions

Asking for a private viewing starts a conversation. It does not reserve a piece, set a price, or commit either of us to anything.

If you commission a piece, that work is covered by a separate written agreement between you and ArtC Parker LLC, signed by both of us. That agreement governs the commission, not this page.

When you send us a request, please give us your real name and a real way to reach you, and do not send anything unlawful or abusive.

Links to other sites

We link to press coverage, galleries, and venues. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what is on them.

The site is provided as it is

We work to keep this site accurate and online, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ArtC Parker LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute about this site will be handled in the state or federal courts sitting in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
